Tom Rocca Tom is the executive producer of “Talk About Service” and is responsible for program content as well as product and service distribution. He is the brains of the joint….Ed is just the face man (who, incidentally, has a face for radio) Tom is one of best-connected customer service pros in the US. He and Ed talk about issues regularly and see eye-to-eye only occasionally on business versus consumer issues. Tom reports on what is happening in customer service in his "Roving Rocca" segments. |

Dan Phillips Dan is the producer/engineer of the show and Ed’s regular foil. Many of Dan’s pleasures come from pushing knobs in the studio, especially Ed’s. His joy is getting Ed flustered, at which he is successful. |

Cathy Graham Cathy is principal of InternetOne.net, a website design and hosting company. She is behind Ed’s website and podcasting and joins the show each week to discuss trends on the Internet. She too likes to join Dan in pilling on Ed. |
