WHO IS ED HORRELL?
Ed Horrell is a Memphis-based professional speaker, columnist, author, and customer-service advocate.
Ed regularly speaks to audiences of all sizes regarding the current malaise in customer service and how to learn from the leaders in service. His "kindness revolution" theories are popular with all groups.
As a free-lance author, Ed has been published over 150 times including currently serving as a regular columnist for two publications as well as frequent contributions to others. Additionally, Ed has served as contributing writer to NetworkWorld since its inception.
Ed is also the author of his popular book on interpersonal communications, "More than Words", which is now available in paperback and available at his website or via Amazon.com. His new book will be released by the publishing arm of the American Management Association, AMACOM Publishing, and is entitled "The Kindness Revolution-A Company-Wide Culture Shift That Inspires Phenomenal Customer Service".
